Association of farm-lovers called "Dida Hornjak farm" was founded to gather fans of farms, conservation of traditional architecture of farms and cultural heritage of this area, Bunjevac life and other peoples who lived on farms and farm settlements.
Traditional farm breakfast, organized tour of Sombor, a special farm lunch, local folklore dance performance, a farm dinner and tamborine music, and tour of the farm ethnic setting, carriage rides, sightseeing and feeding of domestic animals is what you will experience on the farm.

Art farm "Visinka" is located in a farm village Gradina, 5 km from Sombor, next to the bicycle route "Panonski put mira", in the vicinity of the Grand Backa canal.
The farm was built in 1925, and renewed and adapted to a new purpose: to become a painter's studio since 2007, since when it's a property of painter Jene Visinka..
On the farm one can see the collection of ethnic hand painted furniture and a rich exhibition of paintings and souvenirs. The farm has a children's playground.
The ambience is ideal for relaxing, socializing, painting colonies and workshops. It is open only for scheduled visits.

In their family home in Bezdan, the Brdar family opened an ethnological collection with 1,000 exhibits for all who want to enjoy antiques. The collection consists of various devices for agricultural households: plows, choaches, beds, cradles, vases, clothing, etc.. Some of the exhibits are more than 150 years old.
The owners of the house say about their collection: "It is Backa from many years ago, which can be found only in the best museums".

On beautiful Bezdan grounds of Special Nature Reserve "Gornje Podunavlje", twenty kilometers from Sombor, Ecological classroom is located, in the place called Baracka. Special Nature Reserve is the only flood zone in Europe surrounded by water, forest, canal network, the Danube, Danube-Tisa-Danube channel and Bajski channel. Waters are rich in freshwater fish. The region is rich in medicinal herbs and numerous species of mushrooms. Founded in June 1998, because of the need for raising environmental awareness and culture. Ecological classroom is an ideal area for studying the ecosystems of forests, meadows, and still and flowy waterways. The program is primarily designed for primary and secondary school students and faculty students. A set of educational programs in nature are: the basis of environmental protection, small school of fishing, rowing school, scout skills - survival in nature during the year, camping from May to September, the educational paths of health - half day walk through the woods. Workshops for making useful things from wood, cane, clay and flowers are also organized in the Ecological classroom .
To organize recreational activities there are excellent conditions for: sport fishing, rowing, running in nature, orientation in nature. A recommended tour is: watching forest and aquatic birds, water flora and fauna, in the vicinity there is a canal lock, built in 1856, and the Battle of Batina venue from World War II. There is a possiblity of presentations and cooking in the old, traditional way, by the customs of the people who inhabit this region. Ecological classroom has 140 seats in the rural environment, of which the amphitheater in nature has 60 seats. There is a grassy area for up to 20 tents, and 80 people. Parking is ensured for 20 cars and 3 buses. In the Ecological classroom there is a canteen. The accommodation capacity consists of a forest house (2+1 beds), a fishing house with 4 rooms (each room 3+1 beds) and an outhouse. In the vicinity of Ecological classroom is a beautiful sandy beach in the gulf of the Danube. There are 7 boats for 4 to 6 people available for rent. The Ecological classroom is an ideal space for the presentation and cultivation of forgotten crafts and fostering cultural heritage. The classroom is open year round.

Ethno house "Mali Bodrog" in Backi Monostor was built in the typical Monostor style 150 years ago, and its appearance is maintained to this day. Covered with a reed roof, it's equipped with authentic furniture and masonry oven, all from materials that could be found in the surrounding forests. Large yard with a summer-house and a well, decorated in ethno style.
The house was renovated with the help of the local community, and is owned by the family Antalovic. It is open to individual and group visits.

Ethno house "Kuveljic" is an old traditional Monostor house built out of soil, wood and cane, located near the old Danube estuary. Rooms are equipped with old furniture that was mandatory in all traditional homes: wooden double bed with tapestry over the head and bedside tables, an engraved wardrobe, chests, mirrors, laver, flower stands... Rooms are decorated with traditional - hand-made bed-sheets, tablecloths and rugs.
In the house there are many traditional tools from everyday life. The house has to this day retained its original shape, with soil walls, furniture and ceilings with beams.

Eco-recreation center

The tourist offer Backi Monostor includes an Eco-recreation center, which was officially opened on the International Day of Environmental Protection, on June 5th, 2008.
Eco-recreation center consists of an amphitheater with wooden benches for workshops, education and teaching in nature, a mini playground with swings and rockers, a range to play social games and soccer pitch suitable for sports and recreation. Eco-recreation center is situated on the edge of the Special Nature Reserve "Gornje Podunavlje" and serves as a characteristic point at which visitors learn about and prepare for the visit to the reserve.
The Center was created as a result of implementation of the project of the NGO "Podunav" from Backi Monostor, in cooperation with the Municipality of Sombor, "Vojvodinasume" and MZ "Backi Monostor".

In Telecka, a remote village twenty kilometers from Sombor, there is a Museum of tobacco in a private house owned by Istvan Kovac. The Kovac family is traditionally engaged in the production and processing of tobacco.
In 1883 Istvan Kovac's grandfather moved to Telecka, because he received land to grow tobacco. He started this job, later inherited by the son and then grandson, Istvan Kovac. The museum has on display more than 100 exhibits, some of which older than 150 years. One can see the tools for the processing of tobacco and tobacco products, cigarettes, cigars, perfumes, glue, bronze color used for tanning among other things.

Trenutna zbirka sastoji se od 120 zidnih, kaminskih, džepnih, stonih i ručnih satova. Pored satova posetioci mogu videti i razne antikvitete, kao što su stare petrolejske lampe, avani, ručno farbani tanjiri, stare novčanice, stare knjige, ikone, molitvenici ... Muzej satova i antikviteta otvoren je za posete tokom cele nedelje od 14.00 do 18.00 časova ili po dogovoru.
